Equifactory was founded by a couple of dedicated equestrian enthusiasts. Their years of training had taught them the importance of high-quality equipment for a rider’s comfort and performance. However, as they competed in competitions and trained, they gradually discovered a problem: horse riding apparel on the market was either expensive and required high minimum orders, or suppliers lacked professional expertise and design services, failing to meet riders’ true needs. This sparked an idea: What if every rider could wear horse riding attire that was both professional and personalized? With this conviction, they formed a team that combined expertise with exquisite tailoring craftsmanship to create custom equestrian clothing that blends performance, style, and formality.

Equifactory has over 20 years of experience in riding clothing production. Our 6,000-square-meter factory has six professional production lines, producing approximately 90,000 sets of high-quality horse riding apparel monthly, including everyday riding training wear, dressage and other competition outfits, polo shirts, and more. All products are CE and ISO 9001 certified.
Quality Inspection

Our factory utilizes specially treated, wear-resistant nylon fabrics, with anti-collision padding at the elbows and shoulders, and a stitch density of 12 stitches per inch. Our quality inspection process is thorough throughout the entire production process, including incoming raw material inspections, three inspections during production, and a full inspection of finished products before shipment. This ensures a defect rate of less than 1%.

4-Needle 6-Thread Overlock Machine
The four-needle, six-thread overlock sewing machine maintains high elasticity and smoothness at the seams during fabric splicing, ensuring every seam meets international equestrian standards, combining strength, comfort, and aesthetics. It is suitable for breeches, base layers, training tops, and other intimate apparel.
Laser Cutting Machine
Laser cutting machines can precisely cut complex shapes, ensuring that each pattern has a perfectly consistent shape and size. It not only improves production efficiency, but also adds a sense of refinement and consistency to the details of equestrian clothing. It is suitable for high-stretch knit fabrics, badges, patches and logos.
Seam Sealing Machine
Using high temperature and pressure, waterproof tape or hot melt adhesive film is firmly bonded to seams and joints, creating a seamless, waterproof, and windproof finish. Commonly used in leggings, softshell outerwear, dressage jackets and coats, it not only enhances the garment’s protective properties but also creates a sleek appearance.
